The invention discloses a clamping piece, a keel mounting structure and a suspended ceiling mounting structure, and the clamping piece comprises a plurality of sections of clamping bodies which are arranged in the same direction; the multi-section clamping body comprises first clamping bodies, second clamping bodies and third clamping bodies, wherein the second clamping bodies and the third clamping bodies are located at the two ends of at least one first clamping body respectively. The first clamping body is used for clamping a first keel, and the second clamping body and the third clamping body are used for clamping a second keel and a third keel respectively; the second keel and the third keel are perpendicular to the first keel.
