The invention relates to the field of green building materials, in particular to a hollow interlayer high-strength steel pipe restrained high-strength rubber concrete combination column. The combination column comprises an outer-layer high-strength steel pipe, interlayer high-strength rubber concrete and an inner-layer high-strength steel pipe. The high-strength rubber concrete is prepared through a modification technology and grading optimization, the compressive strength of the high-strength rubber concrete is larger than 50 MPa, and the space between the outer-layer high-strength steel pipe and the inner-layer high-strength steel pipe is filled with the high-strength rubber concrete. The composite column is formed by restraining the high-strength rubber concrete through the double-layer high-strength steel pipe, the bearing capacity and rigidity are guaranteed, meanwhile, the sectional area is reduced, the usage amount of concrete is reduced, and the structural self-weight is reduced. Meanwhile, the double-layer steel pipe provides lateral constraint for the rubber concrete, and the mechanical property of the rubber concrete is further improved while it is guaranteed that the concrete has certain energy dissipation capacity. The environment problem caused by stacking of the waste tires can be effectively relieved, and new kinetic energy is provided for promoting green and healthy cyclic utilization of the waste tires.
