Disassembly-free heat preservation formwork for constructional engineering, matched formwork supporting system and construction technology
The invention discloses a formwork supporting system matched with a disassembly-free heat preservation formwork for constructional engineering. The formwork supporting system is arranged on the outer surface of a wall. The non-dismantling heat preservation formwork is provided with a heat preservation plate; a non-dismantling formwork is arranged between the heat preservation plate and the wall body; the insulation board and the non-dismantling formwork are fixed on the wall body through anchor bolts; when the formwork supporting system is used for wall pouring construction, a formwork is adopted for supporting the non-dismantling heat preservation formwork. The formwork comprises a frame, a plurality of vertical ribs and a plurality of transverse ribs. The formwork is arranged on the outer surface of the disassembly-free heat preservation formwork and connected and fixed with the disassembly-free heat preservation formwork and the wall through fastening bolts. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the problems that in the prior art, a heat preservation formwork is inconvenient to correct, the splicing flatness is poor, and the construction butt joint gap is large are effectively solved, and the construction quality of a wall is greatly improved; meanwhile, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the comprehensive construction cost is reduced.
