The building concrete distribution equipment comprises a bearing frame; the rotating beam comprises two cantilever arms and a connecting section, the two cantilever arms are coaxially arranged, the connecting section is connected between the cantilever arms, the connecting section is rotatably installed on the top of the bearing frame, one cantilever arm is provided with a sliding groove, the two opposite inner walls of the sliding groove are each provided with a first guide groove, and the other cantilever arm is provided with a balancing weight in a sliding mode; the material storage tank is sleeved with a ring sleeve, the ring sleeve is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, sliding blocks are formed on the two opposite sides of the ring sleeve respectively, the sliding blocks are arranged in the first guide grooves in a sliding mode, a rotating shaft is rotatably installed in the material storage tank, the rotating shaft and the material storage tank are coaxially arranged, the rotating shaft is connected with a scraper, and the scraper is attached to the inner wall of the material storage tank; and the driving structure is used for driving the storage tank and the balancing weight to keep the balance of the rotating beam and is mounted on the connecting section. The problems that concrete attached to the inner wall of a storage tank of an existing concrete spreader is not prone to being scraped off, and the overall stability is poor are solved.
