The invention discloses an intelligent electronic lock which comprises a lock body. The lock body comprises a fixing base, a handle, a driving block, a hinge rod, an inserting rod, a first spring and an unlocking and locking assembly. An accommodating position for accommodating the handle is arranged at the front end of the fixed seat; the driving block is mounted in a sliding hole in the rear end of the fixed seat in a manner of moving up and down; the upper end of the handle is hinged to the driving block, and the first spring is connected between the handle and the driving block; the lower end of the hinge rod is hinged to the fixing base, and the upper end of the hinge rod is connected with the insertion rod which is movably inserted into a strip-shaped hole in the middle of the handle. The unlocking and locking assembly comprises an electronic unlocking and locking assembly and a mechanical unlocking and locking assembly which are respectively arranged in the fixed seat; the front surface of the handle is further provided with an electronic card swiping unlocking module, a password number key module and a fingerprint unlocking module which are sequentially distributed from top to bottom. According to the invention, the unlocking modes are diversified, so that the requirements of different users can be met, and the internal unlocking and locking assembly also has the advantage of compact structure.
