The invention discloses a tower frame ladder structure which comprises a storage connecting frame, a fixing piece and a hanging ladder. The storage connecting frame is of a storage structure, the storage connecting frame makes contact with the inner wall of the tower drum in an attached mode when unfolded, and the storage connecting frame is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the tower drum through a fixing piece. The suspension ladder is arranged in the tower drum, the suspension ladder is erected on the storage connecting frame, and the suspension ladder and the storage connecting frame form a triangular stable structure. The storage connecting frame can be quickly unfolded and positioned, so that the storage connecting frame and the inner wall of the tower drum can be quickly connected and mounted, and finally, the hanging ladder is hung on the storage connecting frame, so that the building of the ladder structure can be realized.
