The invention discloses magnetic refrigeration equipment and an air-water direct drinking machine adopting the same, the magnetic refrigeration equipment comprises a condensing device, a heat exchange box, a pipeline I, a pipeline II, a circulating power device, a switch valve, an electromagnet, a magnetic refrigeration working medium and a heat exchange medium; a magnetic refrigeration working medium is fixed in the condensing device, and an N pole and an S pole of an electromagnet are symmetrically arranged outside the condensing device on the two sides of the magnetic refrigeration working medium; the condensation device is communicated with the heat exchange box through a first pipeline, the bottom of the heat exchange box is communicated with the condensation device through a second pipeline, the condensation device, the heat exchange box, the first pipeline and the second pipeline form a circulation channel of heat exchange media, and circulation of the heat exchange media is driven by a circulation power device. The heat exchange medium absorbs heat released by the magnetic refrigeration working medium in the condensing device and releases the heat in the heat exchange box; the equipment is small in occupied area, large in noise, high in energy efficiency, environment-friendly and suitable for the direct drinking machine for producing water from air.
