The invention relates to an ecological along-dam plane arrangement method suitable for a fish habitat, which comprises the following steps of: determining a sampling river reach range, and acquiring hydrological characteristics of all fish spawning sites in the sampling river reach; obtaining multiple groups of continuous fish habitat parameters in the sampling river reach by combining the hydrological characteristics and a preset two-dimensional water flow mathematical model; based on the obtained multiple groups of fish habitat parameters, determining the fitness by adopting frequency statistics; the water depth, the flow velocity, the gradient and the width-depth ratio serve as discrimination indexes, and values of the discrimination indexes under the optimal fitness are obtained through calculation and analysis; determining a quasi-planar layout scheme based on the value of each discrimination index under the optimal fitness; and on the basis of the quasi-plane layout scheme, fitness analysis of water depth, flow velocity and gradient is carried out again until requirements are met, so that a plane layout scheme is determined. According to the method, the building renovation effect is not affected, and the influence of building renovation on the nearby fish habitats is reduced by improving the connectivity of the fish habitats.
