Preparation method of superfine slag powder
The invention discloses a preparation method of superfine slag powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) respectively drying water granulated slag, slurry slag of a foundry and barren rock; (2) respectively pre-grinding the dried water granulated slag, the slurry slag of the foundry and the barren rock, scattering, separating, homogenizing and storing; (3) feeding the grain slag fine powder, the foundry slurry slag fine powder and the barren rock fine powder into a grinding machine for grinding to obtain grain slag fine powder, foundry slurry slag fine powder and barren rock fine powder of which the specific surfaces are 400-550 square meters/KG; and (4) sequentially and uniformly mixing 75-90% of the water granulated slag, 3-20% of the slurry slag of the foundry and 3-10% of the waste rock to obtain the superfine slag powder. According to the invention, the water granulated slag, the slurry slag and the waste rock are ground into the slag micro-powder, so that waste utilization is realized, the environment is protected, the high-activity slag micro-powder can be prepared, and the production cost is reduced.
