The invention relates to an interchange of a trough and valley zone between a mountain city trunk passage and a tunnel. The interchange is characterized in that a two-way trunk road is arranged in the north-south direction of a trough and valley; the first line is arranged in the east-west direction of the trough and comprises two one-way channels, and the two ends of each one-way channel are connected with one-way tunnels. The first line penetrates out of the bottom of the two-way main road; the second line is the same as the first line and penetrates out of the top of the two-way main road, the first line is connected with the north side of the two-way main road through the first interchange structure, and a traveling line from a trough to the west side is formed; the second interchange structure connects the second line with the south side of the two-way main road to form a traveling line from the trough to the east side, so that the east-west tunnel is communicated with the south-north two-way main road in a narrow trough zone and is communicated with external traffic and an urban planning area, the highest layer is three layers, and the top layer is three layers; the defects of multiple interchange layers, high cost and the like are overcome.
