Tensile permeable concrete pavement structure for rebuilding
The tensile permeable concrete pavement structure comprises an original pavement layer, non-woven fabric, a first permeable concrete surface layer, a second permeable concrete surface layer and a grid structure layer, a plurality of holes are formed in the original pavement layer at equal intervals, and permeable concrete is poured into the holes; the non-woven fabric is laid on the original pavement layer; the first pervious concrete surface layer is arranged above the non-woven fabric; the second pervious concrete surface layer is arranged above the first pervious concrete surface layer; the grid structure layer is arranged between the first pervious concrete surface layer and the second pervious concrete surface layer. Through the arrangement of the first pervious concrete surface layer and the second pervious concrete surface layer, external large-particle impurities are preliminarily screened out, and the pervious performance of the rebuilding road structure is greatly improved; and the overall compressive bearing capacity and tensile strength of the water-permeable concrete pavement structure are enhanced.
本发明涉及一种用于翻修的抗拉透水性混凝土路面结构,包括原有路面层、无纺布、第一透水混凝土面层、第二透水混凝土面层及格栅结构层,原有路面层上等间距开设有若干孔洞,若干孔洞内灌注有透水混凝土;无纺布铺设在原有路面层上;第一透水混凝土面层设置在无纺布的上方;第二透水混凝土面层设置在第一透水混凝土面层的上方;格栅结构层设置在第一透水混凝土面层与第二透水混凝土面层之间。通过第一透水混凝土面层和第二透水混凝土面层的设置对外部大颗粒杂质进行初步筛除,大大提高翻修道路结构的透水性能,通过在第一透水混凝土面层和第二透水混凝土面层之间设置格栅结构层,增强了透水性混凝土路面结构的整体抗压承载力及抗拉强度。
