Integrated pouring construction method for pier-beam-tower combined section of T-shaped pier extradosed cable-stayed bridge
The invention discloses an integrated pouring construction method for a pier-beam-tower combination section of a T-structure pier extradosed cable-stayed bridge. The pier-beam-tower combination section comprises a main beam No.0 block, a pier top section, a tower bottom section and a supporting section. The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, a T-shaped pier body is formed in a cast-in-place mode, and a pier top section is reserved to be not formed; secondly, the beam-tower combined reinforcement cage which is bound in advance is hoisted to the top of the T-shaped structure pier body; thirdly, the beam-tower combined reinforcement cage is fixedly connected with the reserved steel bars of the pier top section; fourthly, a pier top section side formwork, a beam-tower combination bottom formwork assembly and a beam-tower combination side formwork are erected, and the thickness of a steel bar protection layer is adjusted through an adjusting screw and an adjusting nut; and fifthly, the pier-beam-tower combination section is integrally formed through pouring. The pier-beam-tower combination section is formed by combining the main beam No.0 block, the pier top section, the tower bottom section and the supporting section, the pier-beam-tower combination section is constructed through integrated pouring, and the integrity and stability of the pier-beam-tower combination section of the extradosed cable-stayed bridge can be improved.
