The invention provides a test pile cap pouring method, and relates to the technical field of building construction.The test pile cap pouring method comprises the steps that a forming hole from top to bottom is formed in the ground; the forming hole comprises a first hole and a second hole which are communicated up and down and are coaxial; the pile body casing is lowered into the second hole; concrete is poured into the pile body casing to the transition position of the first hole and the second hole through the guide pipe; the pile body casing is taken out, and a discharging port of the guide pipe is kept to be located below the liquid level of concrete in the second hole all the time; the hopper is disconnected from the top surface of the conduit; the pile cap casing is aligned to the first hole and lowered till the top face of the guide pipe is higher than the top face of the pile cap casing, and the pile cap casing continues to be lowered till the lower end of the pile cap casing is located at the transition position of the first hole and the second hole; connecting the hopper and the conduit; and concrete is poured until sediment in the second hole is completely discharged, and the concrete liquid level is flush with the top face of the pile cap pile casing.
