The invention discloses an open caisson reinforcing device which comprises a plurality of mud jacking pipes, and the inlet ends of the mud jacking pipes are connected with the side wall, extending into a soil body, of an open caisson. Wherein a plurality of first overflowing holes are formed in the side wall of the open caisson, and the multiple first overflowing holes correspond to inlets of the multiple mud jacking pipes one to one; a plurality of grouting holes are formed in the side wall of each grouting pipe; the slurry passing pipeline is vertically fixed to the inner wall of the open caisson, a plurality of second overflowing holes are formed in the side wall of the slurry passing pipeline, and the second overflowing holes and the first overflowing holes are formed in a one-to-one correspondence mode; the power assembly is connected with the top opening of the slurry passing pipeline and used for providing slurry for the slurry passing pipeline. After grouting is conducted on the slurry passing pipeline, slurry can be sprayed out of the slurry jacking holes after passing through the slurry passing pipeline and the slurry jacking pipe, the open caisson can be reinforced after the slurry is solidified, the bearing capacity of soil around the open caisson is improved, and the fixing reliability of the open caisson is improved.
