The invention relates to a road street lamp foundation structure which is applied to the technical field of street lamps and comprises a foundation main body structure which is buried and poured in a roadside foundation. The street lamp main body structure is mounted on the foundation main body structure; the foundation stabilizing structure is mounted between a roadside foundation and the foundation main body structure and is used for stabilizing the foundation main body structure; the foundation stabilizing structure comprises a foundation stabilizing base plate and a foundation stabilizing unit. The foundation stabilizing base plate is installed on a roadside foundation and extends to the position above the foundation body structure. The foundation stabilizing unit is installed on the foundation stabilizing base plate and used for stabilizing the foundation body structure. The foundation stabilizing structure can drive the foundation main body structure to restore stability after the street lamp main body structure inclines due to the fact that the foundation main body structure loses stability, and the inclination condition of the street lamp main body structure is improved.
