The invention discloses a prefabricated column-plate combined retaining wall and an assembling method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of retaining walls. The prefabricated column-plate combined retaining wall comprises a first wall plate and a second wall plate. The second wall plate is hinged to the first wall plate through a hinge shaft; a first mounting groove is formed in the left side wall of the second wall plate, and a grabbing rod rotationally connected with the second wall plate is arranged in the first mounting groove. The grabbing rod is of an elastic telescopic structure. A containing groove is formed in the right side wall of the second wall plate, and a guide groove communicating with the containing groove is further formed in the right side wall of the second wall plate. The guide groove is in an elliptic arc shape, and the top end of the grabbing rod is fixedly connected with a guide rod capable of moving in the guide groove. A driving assembly is further arranged on the second wall plate; the retaining wall can be installed more easily and conveniently.
