The invention provides a foundation staged sinking-stopping reinforcing method which comprises the following steps: when a building has uneven settlement, arranging a plurality of first-stage sinking-stopping piles on a settlement side, and arranging a plurality of first-stage sinking-controlling piles on a non-settlement side; the pile head of each first-stage sinking stopping pile is subjected to prestress load-holding pile sealing, and the pile head of each first-stage sinking controlling pile is not subjected to pile sealing; a grouting pipe is arranged on the outer side of the first-stage controlled sinking pile, and a needed grouting material is injected; a plurality of second-stage sinking stopping piles are arranged on the sinking side, and a plurality of second-stage sinking controlling piles are arranged on the non-sinking side; the pile heads of the first-stage controlled sinking piles, the second-stage controlled sinking piles and the second-stage non-sinking piles are subjected to prestress load-holding pile sealing; and a grouting pipe is arranged on the outer side of the second-stage controlled sinking pile, and needed grouting materials are injected through the grouting pipe on the outer side of the second-stage controlled sinking pile and the grouting pipe on the outer side of the first-stage controlled sinking pile correspondingly. By applying the method, the problem of continuous increase of differential settlement of the existing building can be effectively solved.
本发明提供了一种地基基础分阶段止沉加固方法,包括:当建筑物已出现不均匀沉降时,在沉降侧设置多个第一阶段止沉桩,在非沉降侧设置多个第一阶段控沉桩;对各个第一阶段止沉桩的桩头分别进行预应力持荷封桩,对各个第一阶段控沉桩的桩头不进行封桩;在第一阶段控沉桩的外侧设置注浆管,注入所需的注浆材料;在沉降侧设置多个第二阶段止沉桩,在非沉降侧设置多个第二阶段控沉桩;对各个第一阶段控沉桩、第二阶段控沉桩和第二阶段止沉桩的桩头分别进行预应力持荷封桩;在第二阶段控沉桩的外侧设置注浆管,并通过第二阶段控沉桩和第一阶段控沉桩外侧的注浆管分别注入所需的注浆材料。应用本发明可以有效地解决既有建筑物不均匀沉降持续增大的问题。
