The invention discloses a multifunctional prefabricated part which comprises a first concrete layer, a first waterproof glass concrete layer, a first fireproof foam glass plate layer, a first heat preservation layer, a second concrete layer, a second heat preservation layer, a second fireproof foam glass plate layer, a second waterproof glass concrete layer and a third concrete layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The first concrete layer and the third concrete layer are arranged at the two ends of the prefabricated part respectively, the second concrete layer is arranged in the middle of the prefabricated part, and the first waterproof glass concrete layer is located between the first concrete layer and the first fireproof foam glass plate layer. The first fireproof foam glass plate layer is located between the first waterproof glass concrete layer and the first heat preservation layer, and the second waterproof glass concrete layer is located between the third concrete layer and the second fireproof foam glass plate layer. The second fireproof foam glass plate layer is located between the second waterproof glass concrete layer and the second heat preservation layer.
