Cable-beam composite large-span cable support arch shell and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of structures covering large-area spaces, and discloses a cable-beam composite large-span cable support arch shell and a construction method thereof. Comprising outer ring beams which are arranged along the periphery of an arch shell and define a ring, arch shell beams which are arranged in the range of the outer ring beams in parallel at intervals, and joist cables which are perpendicular to the arch shell beams and are arranged in the range of the arch shell beams at intervals. The arch shell beams and the joist cables enclose grids which are fully distributed in the range of the outer ring beams, and the ends of the arch shell beams and the ends of the joist cables are hinged to the outer ring beams; the beam supporting cable penetrates through and supports the arch shell beam and is connected with the arch shell beam through the cable clamp. In the invention, the steel beams in one direction in the arch-shaped steel beam grid are replaced by the inverted-arch-shaped beam supporting cables with prestress, and the beam supporting cables support the arch shell beam in a form of penetrating through the arch shell beam, so that the arch shell beam is prevented from warping down or losing stability due to overlarge span; therefore, the wind resistance of the steel beam grid and the large-span cable support arch shell of the prestressed cable net are combined, and the requirement of a large-span single-span transparent ceiling can be met.
