The invention relates to the technical field of assembly type suspended ceilings, in particular to a hooking type bathroom suspended ceiling and a mounting mode thereof. The hooking type bathroom ceiling is used in a mounting space comprising a pair of first side wall bodies and a pair of second side wall bodies, and wall plates are arranged on the first side wall bodies and the second side wall bodies; the suspended ceiling comprises an integral suspended ceiling plate connected with the top wall body through a keel, the integral suspended ceiling plate comprises an edge closing end and at least one lamp end, the edge closing end is connected with the first side wall body or the second side wall body through an edge closing piece, and the lamp end is connected with the second side wall body through a light return lamp groove piece. According to the ceiling structure, the ceiling plates, the keels and the hooking pieces can be assembled on the ground; meanwhile, after the edge closing piece and the light returning lamp groove piece are installed on the side wall body, the ceiling plate is lifted, so that the keel is in lap joint and hooked to the edge closing piece and the light returning lamp groove piece, installation of the ceiling plate can be completed, and operation is more convenient.
