The invention discloses an exterior wall latex paint construction process which comprises the following steps: S1, checking a base surface, cleaning a base layer and treating the base surface; s2, flexible waterproof putty is scraped twice in batches; s3, carrying out roller painting or spraying of alkali-resistant permeation primer for one time; s4, roller painting or spraying of finish paint is carried out twice, and in putty prepared from the raw materials of AP-9, HEC30000, EV-4, acrylic emulsion, texanol, rutile titanium dioxide, TK1, propylene glycol, TT-935 and auxiliaries (a defoaming agent, a dispersing agent and the like), the adhesion performance of an emulsion paint film can be effectively improved, so that the coated outer wall not only has good heat preservation, heat insulation and noise reduction performance, but also has good heat preservation, heat insulation and noise reduction performance; and the paint also has good latex paint film adhesion performance.
