The invention discloses a mold clamping device, a mold clamping assembly and an assembling method thereof. The mold clamping device, the mold clamping assembly and the assembling method are applied to a concrete pouring cement pier column project. The die clamping assembly comprises a square timber steel pipe, a hoop and a die clamping device; the die clamping device comprises a longitudinal rod and a plurality of connecting seats arranged along the longitudinal rod in an array mode, each connecting seat comprises two connecting blocks forming a preset included angle, through holes are formed in the connecting blocks, and locking components are further arranged on the connecting blocks; each group of hoops comprises at least one hoop plate, two ends of each hoop plate respectively penetrate through the through holes, one end of each hoop plate is provided with a bent plate structure used for clamping the adjacent hoop plate, and the hoop, the square timber steel pipe and the die clamping device jointly and rigidly clamp the template inwards. According to the technical scheme, a screw hole does not need to be additionally formed in the cross beam, so that a repairing procedure does not need to be additionally added after follow-up dismantling, arrangement of part of clamp plates at the position of the cross beam can be omitted, the overall clamping effect of the cross beam is not affected, the whole clamping die assembly is convenient to disassemble and assemble, follow-up dismantling engineering is convenient, and the original procedure is greatly optimized.
本发明公开了一种夹模装置、夹模组件及其装配方法,应用于混凝土浇筑水泥墩柱工程中;夹模组件包括方木钢管、卡箍、夹模装置;夹模装置包括纵向杆、沿纵向杆阵列布置的多个连接座,连接座包括互成预设夹角的两连接块,连接块上开设有通孔,连接块上还设有锁止构件;每组卡箍包括至少一块卡箍板,每块卡箍板的两端分别穿过通孔,卡箍板一端具有用以卡持相邻卡箍板的弯板结构,并由卡箍、方木钢管、夹模装置共同向内刚性夹紧模板。其技术方案无需在横梁上额外开设螺杆孔从而后续拆除后无需额外增加修补工序,在横梁的位置处能够省略部分卡箍板的布置而不影响其整体的卡持效果,且夹模组件整体便于拆装,后续拆除工程中较为便利,大大优化原工序。
