The invention discloses single-person paying-off measurement construction equipment which comprises a remote control vehicle body, a leveling device, a prism adjusting device, a horizontal detection device and a marking device. When the remote control vehicle body advances to a preset marking point, the upper surface of the bottom plate is adjusted to be in a horizontal state through the leveling assembly, and at the moment, the plane coordinates of a prism lens located over the bottom plate and the plane coordinates of a marker outlet of the marking device located under the bottom plate are the same; and the marking device releases the marker to finish dotting and lofting work of the preset punctuation point. The overall height, the overturning angle in the horizontal direction and the rotating angle in the vertical direction of the prism lens are adjusted through the prism adjusting device, so that an operator can conveniently measure and record a preset marking point through the total station. While the construction efficiency is improved, the whole equipment can be hoisted by the unmanned aerial vehicle to places with relatively high risks, such as deep foundation pits and high pier columns, which cannot be reached or are difficult to reach, for operation, measurement, dotting and lofting, so that the safety of special topographic measurement is improved.
