The intelligent protective barrier comprises an electric telescopic screw rod device, a first protective barrier, a second protective barrier and an infrared monitoring device, wherein the first protective barrier and the second protective barrier are fixedly connected to the two ends of the electric telescopic screw rod device, and the infrared monitoring device is in linkage with the electric telescopic screw rod device. Wherein the first protective barrier is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the rear end of the electric telescopic screw rod device, and the second protective barrier is fixedly connected to a screw rod at the front end of the electric telescopic screw rod device; the electric telescopic screw device comprises an automatic adjusting switch, and when the infrared monitoring device monitors that the intelligent protective barrier is abnormal or loosened, the automatic adjusting switch is automatically started to conduct telescopic adjustment on the screw.
