The invention belongs to the technical field of sunlight room systems, and provides an additional sunlight room active and passive coupling heating solar house which comprises a main house and an additional sunlight room, the main house and the additional sunlight room are separated through a heavy wall, an air inlet is formed in the upper portion of the heavy wall, and an air outlet is formed in the lower portion of the heavy wall. A solar flat plate collector temperature adjusting unit and an auxiliary heat source temperature adjusting unit are arranged in the main house, and a power generation unit covers the additional sunlight room and is electrically connected with the auxiliary heat source temperature adjusting unit. Solar energy can be reasonably utilized, electric energy and heat energy are provided for the interior of the house, heating in winter and refrigerating in summer are organically combined, and therefore energy conservation and environment protection are achieved.
