Seed crystal regeneration system
According to the seed crystal regeneration system, a raw water input pipeline conveys supersaturated calcium sulfate wastewater to an adjusting and pre-settling unit, and the adjusting and pre-settling unit is used for homogenizing and equalizing the received supersaturated calcium sulfate wastewater; the destabilization unit is used for destabilizing the homogenized and homogenized supersaturated calcium sulfate wastewater to reduce the saturation degree of calcium sulfate, so as to obtain a calcium sulfate sludge mixed solution; the reaction unit is used for carrying out reaction treatment on the received calcium sulfate sludge mixed liquid conveyed by the destabilization unit so as to regulate and control the pH value; the buffer unit is used for carrying out buffer storage on the calcium sulfate sludge mixed liquid subjected to pH regulation and control; the pressure stabilizing unit is used for carrying out flow stabilizing treatment on the calcium sulfate sludge mixed liquid conveyed into the seed crystal regeneration unit; and the seed crystal regeneration unit is used for performing seed crystal regeneration on the received calcium sulfate sludge mixed liquid. According to the method, the effective utilization rate of the seed crystal is increased, calcium ions and sulfate ions in raw water are efficiently removed, the dosage of the initial calcium sulfate seed crystal and the dosage of the subsequent softening agent are reduced, and the operation cost in the whole destabilization process is reduced.
