The aggregate comprises coarse aggregate and fine aggregate; the mass part ratio of the coarse aggregate to the fine aggregate is 1: 1; and the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is a PCA-I type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The concrete provided by the invention is good in crack resistance, the invention further provides a concrete preparation device aiming at the method, the concrete preparation device is used for producing the crack-resistant concrete, resource waste is avoided, the production cost is saved, and the crack resistance of the concrete is improved.
