A compression molding method for polycrystalline cubic boron nitride relates to the field of material engineering, and comprises the following steps: accurately weighing cubic boron nitride micro powder, a molding agent and a binding agent according to mass percent, and uniformly mixing by adopting a planetary mixer to obtain uniformly dispersed mixed powder; carrying out purification treatment on the obtained mixed powder in a vacuum furnace; carrying out isostatic compaction on the obtained powder to obtain a cold-pressed primary blank; removing a forming agent from the formed cold-pressed primary blank; putting the initial blank without the forming agent into a carbon cup to form an assembly block with a pyrophyllite block; and pressing and sintering the assembled block in a cubic press to obtain the integral polycrystalline cubic boron nitride. The method is easy to operate, process conditions are easy to achieve, the problems of cracking, layering and material falling existing in the primary blank cold-pressing forming stage in the traditional production process of integral polycrystalline products are solved, the product quality and the production efficiency are improved, and the method is suitable for batch and large-scale production and remarkable in economic benefit.
一种聚晶立方氮化硼压制成型方法,涉及材料工程领域,包括如下步骤:按照质量百分比准确称取立方氮化硼微粉、成型剂、结合剂,采用行星式混料机,混合均匀得到分散均匀的混合粉体;得到的混合粉体在真空炉中进行净化处理;之后得到的粉体进行等静压成型,得到冷压成形初坯;成型的冷压成形初坯进行成型剂脱除;脱除成型剂后的初坯放入碳杯,与叶腊石块组成组装块;组装块放入六面顶压机中压制烧结,得到整体聚晶立方氮化硼。本发明操作简单,工艺条件容易实现,解决整体聚晶产品传统生产过程中冷压成形初坯阶段存在的裂纹、分层、掉料问题,提高了产品质量及生产效率,适合批量规模化生产,经济效益显著。
