Fabricated ballastless track and construction method

The multiple prefabricated plates are evenly arranged at intervals in the length direction of the track bottom foundation, and a first steel pipe and a second steel pipe are inserted into the two ends of each prefabricated plate. A plurality of connecting steel bars are inserted in the track bottom foundation at intervals, and the top end of each connecting steel bar is located between every two adjacent prefabricated slabs. The concrete layer is provided with a plurality of limiting bosses, each limiting boss is inserted between every two adjacent prefabricated slabs, the connecting steel bars, the first steel pipes and the second steel pipes are inserted into the corresponding limiting bosses, and the concrete layer and the limiting bosses are integrally formed through reinforced concrete in a cast mode on site.
