The pavement repairing device comprises a bottom plate, a cover shell is fixedly connected to the top end of the bottom plate, a water tank is fixedly connected to one end in the cover shell, a spraying part is arranged in the water tank, a repairing assembly is fixedly connected to the other end in the cover shell, and an air injection part is arranged below the repairing assembly; the repairing assembly comprises a stirring tank, a stirring part is arranged in the stirring tank, a heating and heat preservation part is arranged on the outer side wall of the stirring tank, the bottom of the stirring tank communicates with a slurry outlet part, the air injection part is located below the stirring tank, and a leveling part is arranged on the side, away from the water tank, of the stirring tank. The repairing method comprises the following steps: cleaning the damaged position of the pavement by using the air injection part; spraying and wetting the cleaned damaged position by using a spraying part; and the repairing material prepared in the stirring tank is flatly laid in the damaged position through the slurry outlet part, and leveling treatment is conducted through the leveling part. The repairing device and the repairing method can improve the working efficiency and the repairing effect of pavement repairing, and are suitable for popularization.
本发明公开公路养护的路面修补装置，包括底板，底板顶端固定连接有罩壳，罩壳内部一端固定连接有水箱，水箱内设置有喷洒部，罩壳内部另一端固定连接有修补组件，修补组件下方设置有喷气部；修补组件包括搅拌罐，搅拌罐内部设置有搅拌部，搅拌罐外侧壁设置有加热保温部，搅拌罐底部连通有出浆部，喷气部位于搅拌罐下方，搅拌罐远离水箱的一侧设置有整平部。本发明的修补方法包括使用喷气部对路面破损位置进行清扫；使用喷洒部对清扫后的破损位置进行喷雾湿润；通过出浆部将搅拌罐内配制好的修补料平铺到破损位置内，并利用整平部进行整平处理。本发明的修补装置及方法能够提高路面修补的工作效率以及修补效果，适宜推广。
