Steel fiber reinforced concrete-GFRP laminated slab composite beam and construction method thereof
The invention provides a steel fiber reinforced concrete-GFRP laminated slab composite beam. The steel fiber reinforced concrete-GFRP laminated slab composite beam comprises a steel box beam and a GFRP groove type plate, the GFRP groove type plate is composed of a GFRP bottom plate, GFRP side plates and GFRP T-shaped ribs. A transverse positioning plate, a longitudinal positioning plate and a steel box girder bolt hole are arranged on a top plate of the steel box girder; a plurality of GFRP T-shaped ribs are sequentially arranged on the GFRP bottom plate, and transverse positioning holes, longitudinal positioning holes and GFRP plate bolt holes are formed in the GFRP bottom plate; wherein the longitudinal limiting plate is embedded in the longitudinal positioning hole, and the transverse positioning plate is embedded in the transverse positioning hole; and the bolts sequentially penetrate through the steel box girder bolt holes and the GFRP plate bolt holes and are locked and fixed through the lower nuts. And the fiber concrete is poured in the GFRP groove type plate. The durability and fatigue performance of the bridge deck are improved, the service life is prolonged, and the operation and maintenance cost of a bridge is reduced. Meanwhile, the GFRP groove type plate is used as a concrete permanent formwork, and rapid pouring of concrete and rapid construction of the composite beam are achieved.
本发明提供钢纤维混凝土‑GFRP叠合板组合梁,包括钢箱梁、GFRP槽型板;GFRP槽型板由GFRP底板GFRP侧板和GFRP T型肋组成;钢箱梁的顶板上设置横向定位板、纵向定位板以及钢箱梁螺栓孔;所述GFRP底板上依次设有入若干个GFRP T型肋、设有横向定位孔、纵向定位孔和GFRP板螺栓孔;其中纵向限位板嵌合在纵向定位孔内,横向定位板嵌合在横向定位孔内;螺栓依次穿过钢箱梁螺栓孔和GFRP板螺栓孔并通过下螺母锁紧固定。纤维混凝土浇筑在GFRP槽型板中。本发明提升桥面板的耐久性能和疲劳性能,延长使用寿命,降低桥梁运营维护的成本。同时,以GFRP槽型板为混凝土永久性模板,实现混凝土的快速浇筑,组合梁的快速建造。
