According to the device, the vibrating mechanism, the electric heating plate, the water pump and other parts are arranged, accumulated snow is shoveled into the sleeve through the vibrating mechanism, then the accumulated snow is conveyed into the compartment through the screw rod in the sleeve, and large accumulated snow blocks are crushed through the crushing blades rotating at a high speed; smashed accumulated snow can be quickly melted through an electric heating plate in the carriage, and finally snow water is pumped and sprayed to a green belt on the right side of a road through a water pump, so that the situation that the snow water is frozen after being left on the surface of the road and influences passing of vehicles and pedestrians is avoided, and the working efficiency of snow removal is improved.
