The invention discloses a construction method for constructing a vibroflotation pile composite foundation by using a vibroflotation device for neck discharging. The vibroflotation device for neck discharging comprises a vibroflotation device, a discharging barrel and a stock bin. A radial water outlet pipeline is arranged in the vibroflot, and a radial water outlet pipeline is arranged on the outer wall of the vibroflot; the bottom of the discharging barrel is connected with the top end of the vibroflot in a spaced mode, and a water inlet pipe and a cable pipe are fixedly arranged on the barrel wall of the discharging barrel; a cable of the vibroflot is upwards led out through the cable tube; the water inlet pipe is communicated with the radial water outlet pipeline and the radial water outlet pipeline of the vibroflot; the stock bin is arranged above a top port of the discharging barrel, a discharging bin door is arranged at the bottom of the stock bin, and the stock bin is selectively communicated with the interior of the discharging barrel through the discharging bin door. By adopting a neck discharging mode, the filler can be accurately fed to the designed depth, the filler amount of each section of pile body is effectively controlled, and the pile forming quality of each section of pile body can be accurately mastered.
