Foundation pit reinforced concrete supporting structure
The invention relates to a foundation pit reinforced concrete supporting structure which is arranged in a groove of an enclosing purlin, provides support for a lateral enclosing ground wall and comprises a jack, two first wedge-shaped blocks and two second wedge-shaped blocks, the bottom faces of the first wedge-shaped blocks make contact with the bottom face of the groove, the two first wedge-shaped blocks are oppositely arranged, and the two second wedge-shaped blocks make contact with the bottom face of the groove. The jack is mounted between the opposite surfaces of the two first wedge-shaped blocks; the inclined surface of the first wedge-shaped block is positioned at the upper part and is inclined from the middle part of the groove to the inclined lower part; the inclined surface of the second wedge-shaped block is in contact with the inclined surface of the first wedge-shaped block, and the side surface of the second wedge-shaped block is in contact with the side wall of the groove; and the top surface of the second wedge-shaped block is in contact with the enclosure ground wall. Based on the principle of a small-angle wedge block, the effect that a small-tonnage jack generates large-tonnage supporting force is achieved, and the purpose of small displacement is achieved, so that limited active loading between a reinforced concrete support and an enclosure ground wall is achieved.
本发明涉及一种基坑钢筋混凝土支撑结构,设置于围檩的凹槽内,为侧向的围护地墙提供支撑,包括千斤顶、两个第一楔形块和两个第二楔形块,所述第一楔形块的底面与所述凹槽的底面接触,两个所述第一楔形块相对设置,且所述千斤顶安装于两个所述第一楔形块的相对面之间;所述第一楔形块的斜面位于上方并从所述凹槽的中部向斜下方倾斜;所述第二楔形块的斜面与所述第一楔形块的斜面接触,且所述第二楔形块的侧面与所述凹槽的侧壁接触;所述第二楔形块的顶面与所述围护地墙接触。本发明基于小角度楔块原理,实现小吨位千斤顶产生大吨位支承力的效果,且满足了小位移的目标,从而实现了钢筋混凝土支撑与围护地墙之间的有限主动加载。
