The invention provides a whole reservoir basin surface anti-seepage reservoir bottom gallery structure which comprises an anti-seepage panel arranged on a reservoir basin bank and a geomembrane covering the reservoir bottom, and meanwhile a drainage gallery on the periphery of the reservoir bottom is communicated with a traffic gallery communicated with the outside of the reservoir. A diversion channel in the construction period of the reservoir basin is formed through the drainage corridor and the traffic corridor; the traffic corridor is provided with a corridor extension section in a protruding mode in the direction towards the middle of the reservoir basin, and the corridor extension section is communicated with the drainage corridor and the traffic corridor through flow guide channels. A permanent channel is formed by arranging the gallery extension section with priority drainage and reserving the flow guide notch in the top of the gallery extension section, the flow guide problem in the construction period can be solved by adopting a prefabricated cover plate for blocking, meanwhile, overhaul and maintenance in the operation period can be achieved through the flow guide notch, and the construction period is shortened. And the function of the drainage gallery is further improved.
