The invention discloses a shallow foundation pile foundation underpinning structure in a river channel. The shallow foundation pile foundation underpinning structure comprises an underpinning shallow foundation structure, a newly-built underpinning annular pier, a newly-built underpinning pier cap, a foundation pit support structure, a base bearing layer and a plurality of jacks. The base bearing layers are arranged around the pile foundation, and the underpinning shallow foundation structure is arranged on the upper sides of the base bearing layers; the foundation pit support structure is arranged on the periphery of the pile foundation in a surrounding mode, and the underpinning shallow foundation structure and the base bearing layer are located in the foundation pit support structure. The newly-built underpinning annular pier and the newly-built underpinning pier cap are arranged on the lower portion and the upper portion of the periphery of the pier column in a surrounding mode respectively, the newly-built underpinning pier cap is connected with an upper structural beam of a bridge, a gap is reserved between the newly-built underpinning annular pier and the newly-built underpinning pier cap, and the jacks are evenly installed in the gap. The structure solves the problem that the underpinning operation of the bridge pile foundation in the river channel is narrow, the occupied cofferdam range of the river channel is reduced, the construction difficulty is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the underpinning cost is reduced.
