Retaining wall reinforcing structure for large-volume filling
The retaining wall reinforcing structure comprises a retaining wall and a first pre-stressed anchor cable, and the retaining wall comprises a bottom plate, a wall panel arranged on the bottom plate and a plurality of buttresses arranged between the bottom plate and the wall panel at intervals; a plurality of preformed holes are formed in one end of each buttress at intervals in the vertical direction, and every two preformed holes, located at the same height, in every two adjacent buttresses form a preformed hole set; communicating channels which are the same as the preformed hole groups in number and are in one-to-one correspondence with the preformed hole groups are arranged in the wall panel, and the communicating channels are located between the two preformed holes of the corresponding preformed hole groups and communicate with the two preformed holes of the corresponding preformed hole groups to form anchor cable channels; the first pre-stressed anchor cables and the anchor cable channels are the same in number and are in one-to-one correspondence, one ends of the first pre-stressed anchor cables are locked through first locking pieces, and the other ends of the first pre-stressed anchor cables penetrate through the corresponding anchor cable channels and then are locked through second locking pieces. The retaining wall can meet the supporting function of large-volume filling and the stability requirement of the retaining wall.
本发明涉及一种大体积填土用挡土墙加固结构,包括挡土墙和第一预应力锚索,挡土墙包括底板、设在底板上的墙面板和设在底板和墙面板之间且间隔设置的若干扶壁;扶壁的一端沿竖直方向间隔设有若干预留孔,且相邻两扶壁上位于同一高度的两个预留孔为一组预留孔组;墙面板内设有与预留孔组的数量相同且一一对应的连通通道,连通通道位于对应预留孔组的两个预留孔之间,且分别与对应预留孔组的两个预留孔连通形成锚索通道;第一预应力锚索与锚索通道的数量相同且一一对应,第一预应力锚索一端通过第一锁紧件锁紧,第一预应力锚索的另一端穿过对应的锚索通道后通过第二锁紧件锁紧。本发明能使挡土墙满足大体积填土的支护功能及自身的稳定性要求。
