Fabricated H-shaped steel reinforced concrete rigid beam column joint and connection thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated H-shaped steel reinforced concrete rigid beam-column joint and a connecting method thereof. The fabricated H-shaped steel reinforced concrete rigid beam-column joint comprises a precast concrete column and precast concrete beams which are fixedly connected with the precast concrete column through H-shaped steel by adopting bolts, and the precast concrete beams are vertically arranged on the single side or the two sides of the precast concrete column; the prefabricated concrete column comprises a prefabricated column, column longitudinal bars, column stirrups and corrugated steel plates, wherein the column longitudinal bars, the column stirrups and the corrugated steel plates are arranged in the prefabricated column. Column side steel plates used for bolt connection are arranged between the prefabricated column and the H-shaped steel. The precast concrete beam comprises a precast beam, a beam end steel plate which is arranged at the end part of the precast beam and is connected through a bolt, and a beam longitudinal bar and a beam stirrup which are arranged in the precast beam; an additional steel plate for bolt connection is arranged between the precast beam and the H-shaped steel; the structure is simple, the design is reasonable, operation is convenient and fast, rapid construction is easy, full-bolt connection is adopted, the full-prefabricated assembly type building form is achieved, and the complexity of connection of the prefabricated assembly type beam-column joint area is reduced to a great extent.
本发明公开了一种装配式H型钢混凝土刚性梁柱节点及其连接方法,包括预制混凝土柱和通过H型钢采用螺栓与预制混凝土柱固定连接的预制混凝土梁,预制混凝土梁垂直设置于预制混凝土柱的单/两侧;预制混凝土柱包括预制柱和设置在预制柱内部设置有柱纵筋、柱箍筋和波纹钢板,预制柱与H型钢之间设有用于螺栓连接的柱侧钢板;预制混凝土梁包括预制梁、设置在预制梁端部且通过螺栓连接的梁端钢板、设置在预制梁内部的梁纵筋和梁箍筋,预制梁和与H型钢之间设有用于螺栓连接的附加钢板;本发明具有结构简单,设计合理,操作便捷,易于快速施工,采用全螺栓连接,实现了全预制装配式建筑形式,极大程度降低了预制装配式梁柱节点区域连接的复杂性。
