The reinforcement mode is changed, the steel plate structure covering the outer surface of the wall is reinforced, the corrugated stirrups and the reinforcing stirrups are matched with each other, the reinforcing stirrups are arranged at the connecting joints of the corrugated stirrups, and therefore the strength of the connecting joints of the corrugated stirrups is improved; the steel plate structure is further provided with the stiffening rib assembly, and the stiffening rib assembly can further improve the overall strength.
