A fabricated external wall panel friction energy dissipation connecting joint comprises an H-shaped steel beam, a friction plate, a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, a high-strength bolt pair is pre-buried in a prefabricated concrete external wall panel, and the second connecting piece is tightly connected to the prefabricated concrete external wall panel through the high-strength bolt pair. The second connecting piece and the first connecting piece are connected through a high-strength bolt pair, a friction plate is padded between the second connecting piece and the first connecting piece, and the H-shaped steel beam is fixed to the first connecting piece and fastened through the high-strength bolt pair. The first connecting pieces are connected with the upper flange plate, the lower flange plate and the web plate of the H-shaped steel beam, the effect that the H-shaped steel beam is not yielded firstly in the using process of the connecting joint is achieved, and meanwhile the rigidity and strength of the connecting position of the connecting joint and a main body structure are enhanced; friction coefficients between the connecting nodes are different due to different materials of the friction plates, and meanwhile, due to relative slippage between the connecting pieces, the effect of dissipating part of earthquake energy is achieved.
一种装配式外挂墙板摩擦耗能连接节点,包括H型钢梁、摩擦板、连接件一和连接件二,预制混凝土外挂墙板上预埋一组高强度螺栓副,连接件二通过高强度螺栓副紧贴连接在预制混凝土外挂墙板上,连接件二与连接件一通过高强度螺栓副连接,连接件二与连接件一间垫有摩擦板,H型钢梁固定在连接件一上,并通过高强度螺栓副紧固。本发明通过连接件一与H型钢梁的上下翼缘板、腹板连接,实现了连接节点在使用过程中不导致H型钢梁率先发生屈服的效果,同时加强了连接节点与主体结构连接处的刚度与强度;连接节点间的摩擦系数因摩擦板的材料不同引起摩擦系数的不同,同时由于连接件之间的相对滑移,从而达到耗散部分地震能量的作用。
