The prefabricated phase change heat preservation and decoration integrated design is adopted, and the characteristics of being easy to construct and operate, short in construction period and the like are achieved; plate joints are filled with caulking foam materials, waterproof sealing treatment is conducted through neutral weather-proof silicone sealants, plate joint cold and hot bridges and rainwater permeation are avoided, the performance of wind pressure resistance, aging resistance, freeze thawing resistance and the like is achieved, meanwhile, construction is conducted through pasting, anchoring and bottom layer reinforcing, and the advantages of being high in safety, firmer in heat preservation plate installation and firm in anchoring are achieved.
