The air bag is used as a supporting surface and has an anti-falling function; a modularized splicing type structure is adopted, so that disassembly and assembly are easy; by arranging a water conveying cleaning pipeline and a spray head, water spraying and flushing of the corresponding air bag are achieved; by arranging a water collecting tank, sewage generated after flushing can be collected; by arranging the suction pump, sewage in the water collecting tank can be pumped out.
