The invention provides a coating painting device for building decoration. The coating painting device comprises a holding rod, an L-shaped rod, a main brush, an auxiliary brush and a painting assembly. The first end of the L-shaped rod is connected with the holding rod, and the second end is rotatably connected with the first end of the main brush. The side face of the main brush covers bristles, and the second end face covers the auxiliary brush. The painting assembly comprises a round rod, a connecting shaft and a round pipe. A limiting plate, a connecting pipe, a limiting ring and an auxiliary brush are sequentially arranged on one side of the round rod. A connecting rod is arranged on the side wall, adjacent to the connecting pipe, of the auxiliary brush, and a clamping block is fixed to the side face of the connecting rod. One end of the connecting rod deviating from the auxiliary brush is provided with a reset spring. According to the scheme, the auxiliary brush is arranged, when the main brush paints the roof, the auxiliary brush is used for painting the joint of the wall and the roof, meanwhile, through cooperation of a clamping block, a reset spring and a limiting plate, the auxiliary brush is stored in the main brush when not used, and rotation of the auxiliary brush is avoided; the problems that an existing paint brushing device for building decoration is poor in practicability and paint is wasted are solved.
