The device comprises an adjusting block, a lead screw, a top plate piece, an elastic handle and a sleeve, the adjusting block is L-shaped, the center of the adjusting block is hollowed to form a through groove, the inner side of the through groove is a cambered surface, a ball is arranged at one end of the lead screw, the lead screw penetrates through the through groove, the ball is tangent to the cambered surface of the adjusting block, and the sleeve movably sleeves the lead screw. The top plate and the elastic handle are located at one end of the screw relative to the ball. By the adoption of the design of the adjusting blocks, formwork fixing of various right-angle beam bodies is achieved, the number of overall parts is small, mounting and dismounting are convenient, and the production cost is low; and the screw rod is sleeved by a sleeve, so that the screw rod can be repeatedly used.
