The invention relates to the technical field of building supporting, and discloses a civil building supporting structure which comprises a base, a driving mechanism is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the base, a bearing plate is fixedly connected to the upper end of the driving mechanism, and a rotating sleeve rotates synchronously by rotating a locking rod; when trapezoid teeth at the front ends of the locking teeth make contact with the adjusting teeth, the locking teeth can be extruded when the trapezoid contact faces make contact with the adjusting teeth, the locking teeth enter the rotating sleeve, and the locking teeth reset through the reset springs clamp the adjusting teeth during rotation so that the adjusting teeth cannot reset, and one-way movement locking can be conducted. When complete locking is needed, the trapezoidal contact surface of the locking teeth is rotated to face the inner wall of the rotating frame, so that the trapezoidal contact surface is completely locked and cannot rotate, one-way locking in the machine direction is guaranteed through the locking teeth, and the situation that a placed object at the upper end of the bearing end inclines and falls off due to reverse rotation during misoperation or the supporting device topples over due to inclination of the upper single gravity part is prevented; through complete locking, safe self-locking is guaranteed when the bearing end is supported for a long time, and rotation of the bearing end is prevented.
