The invention discloses an urban road comprehensive rod piece and management information system. The urban road comprehensive rod piece comprises a rod body, a rod body base, a fastening flange, a protective shell, a vertical rail, an intelligent information assembly and an intelligent street lamp. The rod body and the rod body base are of an integrated structure. The protective shell is arranged on the lower portion of the rod body in a surrounding mode, a gap is reserved between the protective shell and the rod body, and the protective shell is fixed to the rod body base through a fastener. The rod body base is provided with a fastening flange, the fastening flange is fixed to the ground, and the vertical track is arranged on the rod body and located above the protective shell; and uniform bolt holes are formed in the rod body at the two side edges of the vertical track. The intelligent information assembly is fixed to a proper position in the vertical rail through the sliding block and the sliding block base. The intelligent street lamp is fixed to the top of the pole body. According to the invention, a plurality of rod pieces are selected to be integrated on the same rod body according to needs, so that the urban space is purified, potential safety hazards such as disordered wire pulling are eliminated, and the arrangement of the intelligent information assembly optimizes the management system, so that the urban traffic management is more intelligent.
