The invention relates to the technical field of door body locks, and provides an anti-theft door lock mechanism which comprises a fixed seat fixed on a door body and a lock column piece, the fixed seat is rotationally connected with a handle seat matched with the lock column piece; a handle shaft is arranged on the handle seat, and a shaft hole rotationally sleeved with the handle shaft is correspondingly formed in the fixed seat; a ring groove close to the end part of the handle shaft is formed in the shaft body of the handle shaft; and a retaining ring piece is clamped in the annular groove. Therefore, the annular groove is formed in the handle shaft to be connected with the retaining ring piece in a clamped mode, axial movement of the handle shaft is limited, and the handle shaft is prevented from being disengaged. Due to the fact that the retaining ring piece faces the inner side of the door body, when the door body is closed, the handle base cannot be detached from the outside of the door, and safety is improved.
