The invention discloses a special cementing material for secant pile concrete as well as a preparation method and application of the special cementing material. The special cementing material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of Portland cement clinker, 5-10 parts of fly ash, 40-60 parts of sludge incineration residues and 3-5 parts of gypsum. The secant pile concrete is prepared from 200 to 240 parts of the special cementing material, 40 to 50 parts of fly ash, 50 to 70 parts of mineral powder, 730 to 790 parts of sand, 1030 to 1050 parts of gravel, 3 to 5 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.4 to 1.2 parts of a retarder and 160 to 180 parts of water. Based on the retarding characteristic of phosphorus in the sludge incineration residues, the special cementing material is developed by adopting solid wastes such as the sludge incineration residues, the fly ash and the gypsum and is used for concrete for supporting the secant pile of the foundation pit, so that the problem of secondary pollution caused by stacking of the sludge incineration residues is solved fundamentally, and the requirement of super-long-time coagulation during construction is met; cost is saved, and emission and carbon are reduced.
