The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 15 to 60 parts of organic silicon modified nano titanium dioxide dispersion liquid, 15 to 25 parts of polyol grafted modified polyvinyl alcohol component, 15 to 40 parts of amino acid, 6 to 10 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 5 to 20 parts of 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylamide, 5 to 15 parts of triethanolamine, 8 to 12 parts of suspending agent and 30 to 70 parts of water. A preparation method of a novel concrete antifreezing agent comprises the following steps: S1, preparing organic silicon modified nano titanium dioxide dispersion liquid A: dissolving 0.5-5 parts of a dispersing agent in 100-200 parts of water, adding 50-100 parts of nano titanium dioxide, and fully dispersing for 15-30 minutes in ultrasonic; after dispersion, transferring 50-150 parts of dispersion liquid into a three-neck flask, keeping the temperature at 0-60 DEG C, adding 25-200 parts of organic silicon solution after the temperature is constant, and reacting for 2-12 hours at the constant temperature, so that the durability is good, and the performance is stable.
