The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 390-410 parts of cement; 10 to 50 parts by weight of fly ash; 840 to 900 parts by weight of sand; 800 to 830 parts by weight of broken stone; 50 to 150 parts by weight of slag powder; 100 to 200 parts by weight of water; 10 to 20 parts by weight of an air-entraining type water reducing agent; and 15-25 parts by weight of an expanding agent. Compared with the prior art, the anti-freezing, anti-seepage and self-compacting fine aggregate concrete for bridge reinforcement provided by the invention adopts specific components with specific contents, realizes relatively good overall interaction, has freezing resistance, anti-permeability, expansibility and good cracking resistance, also has economical efficiency and generalizability, and is particularly suitable for bridge reinforcement in northern cold regions.
